It’s been really important to me to explain why I am doing what I am doing.
I am still not perfectly doing it, but I am working on it day by day.
As a restaurant/business owner, I feel responsible to care about environment and community. For many years, I was wondering what it is that make me work like hell.
Now I know it. S-U-S-T-A-I-N-A-B-I-L-I-T-Y in all instances of the business.
