2018 was the year we started to transform our restaurant into a more eco-conscious business. Why doing so is so important? Simply because we have to learn feeling responsible for our actions and support our planet to recover from a 2 decade of super consumerism. Plastic has become a main thing in our lives and it is very hard to get rid of it as we all know today.
